1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and y7777 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing y7777 through any device — including the y7777 mobile app, desktop browser or any other interface — and by registering an account, you accept these Terms in full.

If you are accessing y7777 on behalf of another person or playing using funds that belong to someone else, these Terms still apply to you directly and you remain individually responsible for compliance.

y7777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-platform notification or email. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and play at y7777 you must meet the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. y7777 does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform voluntarily, without coercion, and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or agent of y7777 or any of its affiliated game providers, and you must not be an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must provide accurate personal information during registration, including your real name, date of birth and a valid email address. Providing false details may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending balance.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement, voluntarily or otherwise, at the time of registration.

y7777 may request identity verification documents at any point to confirm eligibility. This may include a copy of a national identity card, passport or other government-issued ID. Failure to provide documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction.

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account only at y7777. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are not permitted and will result in all accounts being closed. Balances associated with duplicate accounts are not eligible for withdrawal.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You must notify y7777 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account names cannot be transferred. Playing on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account is prohibited.
• Your registered payment method must be in your own name. Deposits or withdrawals using payment accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not it was carried out by you personally.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions at y7777 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and other approved mobile wallets. y7777 may add or remove payment methods at any time and will communicate any changes through the platform.

• Deposits are generally credited to your y7777 wallet within minutes. Delays may occur during peak hours or due to issues on the payment provider's side outside our control.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit unless y7777 approves an alternative in writing.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification and account review before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• y7777 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to bonus wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

y7777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general bonus conditions.

• All bonuses have a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each individual promotion.
• Bonuses are awarded for personal use only. Creating additional accounts to claim bonuses more than once is considered abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Bonus funds and real funds are kept in separate wallet balances. Real funds are used first unless y7777 indicates otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Games may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• y7777 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed, and to amend ongoing promotion terms with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses claimed using payment methods associated with multiple accounts will be voided.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

y7777 operates games sourced from reputable international game providers. All RNG-based games (slots, table games, fish games) use certified random number generation software. Live casino games are supplied by licensed studio operators and streamed in real time.

• Game outcomes are determined by the game engine of the respective provider and are not influenced by y7777 or any player action outside the game mechanics.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — such as a disconnection or server error — the round may be cancelled and the stake returned. y7777's decision on disputed rounds is final.
• The use of automated scripts, bots, external software or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage during gameplay is strictly prohibited.

7 Sports Betting Terms

The y7777 sports betting section covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports. All sports bets are subject to the following conditions in addition to the general Terms:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. y7777 reserves the right to suspend or remove markets at any time without prior notice.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability of live market data. y7777 is not responsible for market unavailability due to data feed interruptions.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or forfeited before completion, bets will be settled according to standard industry rules for that sport. For cricket, specific rules regarding rain interruptions or Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) outcomes apply and are described in the sports rules section of the platform.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event. Bets that result in winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be paid at the capped limit.
• Evidence of match-fixing, insider information or collusion will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all related winnings.
• Obvious pricing errors in sports markets will be voided regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

8 Responsible Gaming

y7777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. Gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a way to make money or resolve financial difficulties. The following tools are available to every registered player:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately when lowering them; increases take 24 hours to apply.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at y7777 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform or its games.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using y7777 for any purpose other than legitimate gaming entertainment.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino or any multi-player game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person at any point during account registration or verification.
• Abusing the bonus system through coordinated multi-accounting, chip dumping or any strategy designed to extract value from promotions without legitimate gameplay.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

y7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment credentials.
• A court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request requiring account action.
• Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour directed at y7777 staff or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including pending withdrawals and bonus funds — may be forfeited at y7777's discretion depending on the severity of the breach.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their own account may do so by contacting support through the in-platform chat. Real-money balances remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification procedures.

11 Limitation of Liability

y7777 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or any specific game at all times.

• y7777 is not liable for losses arising from technical faults, internet disruptions, device failures or third-party service outages beyond our control.
• y7777 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential financial losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and live dealer processes. y7777 does not accept liability for losses resulting from normal gameplay outcomes.
• y7777 is not responsible for delays in payment processing caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider or network operator.

12 Changes to Terms
